Waterside place has 8 communities in the planning or early build stage. East of Lorraine there is future development planned, with the plan that this will be a custom home development. Expect to see AR homes, Lee Wetherington and potentially other prestigious home builders develop this area, which could be similar to the already developed Lake Club just north of University. 

The Waterside community is planned to have a range of housing, from affordable to custom luxury homes. There are 2 neighborhood amenity centers with all of the expected resort stye features, as well as unique features like a boat launch and future water taxi. All of the villages will have single family detached homes with premium lots at Lakehouse Cove, Shoreview and The Alcove. 

Nautique, Emerald Landing and Avanti will have more affordable townhome options, featuring rear-load garages and courtyards. 

Avanti will also have innovative and low maintenance villas along with townhomes and detached homes. 

HOA fees will vary depending on amenties; the Alcove is set to be on the higher end, with Nautique being more affordable.
