It is a gated community with plenty of resort style amenities while still keeping the HOA fee relatively low; starting from $180-$260 per month. However HOA fees can increase over time. Living in Indigo is designed to make you feel like you are at the finest vacation resort, their community tagline is "The Color of Living Well". The community centre features an upscale gathering area with catering kitchen. The Resort amenities include pool, spa, fitness centre, pickleball, bocce courts and most notably, its own lifestyle director. Residents have their own schedule of activities and social events to participate in and meet the neighbors.
