Within this gated community, there are 4 unique Neighbourhood Collections, ranging from entry level townhomes to large custom estate homes. Star Farms has brought in D.H. Horton to build the vast majority of the village’s 1500 homes which will range from townhomes, villa, starter family homes to large premier homes and multi-generation designs. A small luxury enclave will be built by premier custom home builders: AR Homes, Lee Wetherington Homes, and John Cannon Homes; all known for their quality craftmanship and innovative designs.
